Who is this course for?

This course is for anyone working in, or wanting a career in the alcohol or hospitality industry, who wants to open up promotion opportunities, or to move into a role that requires a personal licence. All businesses and organisations selling or supplying alcohol must have a designated premise supervisor (DPS). The DPS is the person who has day-to-day responsibility for the running of the business. The purpose of the Personal Licence qualification is to make sure the licence holder is aware of and understands the licencing legislation and responsibilities that come with the selling of alcohol.
